Data Retention

Retention periods

Account records: kept while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

Projects and generated artifacts (drawings, 3D, A1 sheets, exports in storage): kept so you can retrieve them while your account is active. Downloaded exports live on your own device under your control.

Billing records: retained as required by tax and accounting law.

Support messages: retained for a limited period for quality and abuse prevention; IP data is stored only in hashed form.

Operational logs: retained on a short rolling window for reliability and security, then rotated out.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing hello@archiaisolution.com. We will delete or anonymise data that we are not required to retain by law, across our database and object storage, and instruct our processors accordingly.

Backups

Residual copies may persist in encrypted backups for a short period after deletion and are overwritten on the normal backup rotation.
