Who we are

ArchiAI Solution provides AI-assisted architectural concept design. For data-protection purposes the operator of this service is the data controller. Contact us at hello@archiaisolution.com for any privacy request.

Data we process

Account data: when you sign in we use Clerk for authentication. Clerk stores your email and authentication identifiers; we store a corresponding user record (identifier, plan, generation quota, Stripe customer/subscription identifiers) in our database.

Project data: the site address, boundary, brief, programme and any reference images you provide are processed to produce drawings, 3D models and A1 sheets. Generated artifacts are stored so you can retrieve and export them.

Payment data: payments are handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we store only Stripe identifiers and plan/credit state needed for billing.

Support data: if you contact support we process the messages you send and, where available, your account email and a hashed form of your IP address for abuse prevention.

Operational logs: we keep application logs for reliability and security. Logs are redacted to remove secrets and are not used to build advertising profiles.

AI processing and third parties

To generate reasoning, labels and optional presentation imagery we send the necessary brief and programme text to model providers (OpenAI and, where enabled, Anthropic). Deterministic drawings and geometry are computed by us and are not authored by image models.

We use Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), and cloud hosting/CDN providers as processors. Site-context lookups may call mapping and weather APIs.

We do not sell your personal data.

Legal bases

We process account and project data to perform the contract you enter when you use the service; billing data to comply with legal obligations; and logs/abuse-prevention data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and reliable.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@archiaisolution.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

International transfers & retention

Data may be processed in regions where our providers operate, under appropriate safeguards. Retention periods are described in the Data Retention page.
