Refunds & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically on the same date each month, and your saved payment method is charged each time, until you cancel. Your renewal date is shown on your account page.

Cancelling stops future renewals. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payment is taken. We do not pro-rate partial periods except where the law requires it or where you are exercising the 14-day right below.

How to cancel

Open Plan & billing from the account menu at the top right of any page (or go to /account) and choose Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately as an instruction — you do not need to contact us, wait for a reply, or give a reason.

You can also cancel by emailing hello@archiaisolution.com, or by sending the cancellation form below to the address in our Terms. However you tell us, we treat the date you sent it as the date you cancelled.

Changed your mind? While a cancellation is pending you can press Resume subscription on the same page any time before the period ends, and nothing changes.

Your 14-day right to cancel and get a refund

Because you buy this service online, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days and receive a refund. This is a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 — it is not a discretionary goodwill gesture, and we do not require you to show that anything went wrong.

The 14 days run from the day after the contract is made — that is, the day after you subscribe, and for each renewal, the day after that renewal is charged. The same 14-day right applies to a top-up credit purchase.

To use it, email hello@archiaisolution.com (or send the form below) saying you want to cancel. We will refund you using the same payment method within 14 days of being told, and never later than that.

One fair deduction applies: if you asked us to start straight away and you have generated designs during those 14 days, we may deduct a proportionate amount for what you actually used, based on the credits consumed against your plan's monthly allowance. If you have generated nothing, you get the full amount back.

Model cancellation form

You may use this form if you wish, but you do not have to — any clear statement that you are cancelling is enough. Copy it into an email to hello@archiaisolution.com.

What happens to your credits and designs

Top-up credits you have bought are not cancelled by ending a subscription. They stay on your account and remain spendable after your plan returns to Free. They do not expire.

Your monthly plan allowance is part of the plan, so it stops when the paid period ends. Unused monthly allowance does not roll over and is not refunded separately — it is covered by the 14-day right above where that applies.

Your designs are not deleted when you cancel. They remain in your account and exportable. See the Data Retention page for how long we keep things and how to request deletion.

If something goes wrong

Separately from the 14-day right, if the service materially fails to work as described you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repeat performance or a price reduction. Contact hello@archiaisolution.com and we will put it right.

If a generation fails due to a fault on our side, the associated credit is not consumed, or is restored. If you believe a credit was wrongly consumed, contact us with the approximate time and we will investigate.
