Refunds & Cancellation

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account billing settings, or email hello@archiaisolution.com and we will process the cancellation. Your monthly generation quota resets on your billing date while the plan is active.

Refunds

If the service materially fails to work as described and we cannot resolve it, contact hello@archiaisolution.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review a refund in good faith. Credits already consumed on completed generations are generally non-refundable, because provider costs are incurred at generation time.

Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal or refund under your local consumer law, that right applies and is not affected by this policy.

Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a fault on our side, the associated credit is not consumed / is restored. If you believe a credit was wrongly consumed, contact support with the approximate time and we will investigate.
