Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 August 2026
These terms govern your use of ArchiAI Solution. By creating an account or generating a design you agree to them.
Who you are contracting with
You are contracting with ArchiAI Solution Ltd (trading as ArchiAI Solution), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16531986. VAT registration number GB 509 6938 51.
Registered office and address for correspondence: A21, Unit 82a James Carter Road, Bury St. Edmunds, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom.
Notices, complaints and cancellations may be sent to hello@archiaisolution.com or to the postal address above.
The service
ArchiAI Solution turns a brief and site into preliminary architectural concept outputs: 2D drawings, 3D models and A1 presentation sheets, with optional CAD/BIM handoff exports.
Outputs are AI-assisted concept design at an early (RIBA Stage 2-equivalent) level. They are not construction, planning, structural or building-control approval documents and must be reviewed and adapted by a suitably qualified, licensed professional before any use for construction, permitting or contractual purposes.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use paid features.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break authentication, quota or billing controls, no automated abuse of generation or proxy endpoints, and no uploading of content you do not have the rights to use.
You retain ownership of the briefs and reference material you provide. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any reference images you upload.
Plans, credits and changes
Paid plans and credits are described on the Pricing page. Generation consumes credits/quota as shown before you generate. We may change features or pricing prospectively; material changes will be reflected on the Pricing page.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically on the same date each month until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to your saved payment method at the then-current price for your plan. We will not increase the price of your existing plan without telling you in advance and giving you the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Because outputs are preliminary concept design, professional review is required before reliance.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. To cancel a subscription, open Plan & billing from the account menu (or go to /account) and choose Cancel subscription; you can also email hello@archiaisolution.com and we will action it on the day we receive it. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refunds & Cancellation page for your 14-day cooling-off right, which is separate from this.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or present a security or abuse risk. If we suspend your account you will not be able to spend remaining credits, including purchased top-up credits, while the suspension is in force; contact us and we will explain the reason and, where the suspension was our error, restore access or refund unused purchased credits.
Complaints
If something goes wrong, email hello@archiaisolution.com with the word COMPLAINT in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge within 5 working days and to resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you keep every right you have in law, including the right to bring a claim in the courts referred to below.
We do not currently subscribe to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme and are not obliged to use one.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
AI-generated architectural concept design and CAD/BIM handoff support for licensed architects and design teams. Outputs require professional review and are not final construction, planning, or structural approval documents.
